We do not just deliver. We make sure your people can use it.

Every AI solution or intelligent agent we deliver includes practical, hands-on training at no additional cost. It is part of the engagement, not a line item, because a system nobody trusts is not a delivered system.

What it covers

Three things people need before they will rely on a system.

Confidence in what it does, clarity about where their judgment is still required, and something to refer back to when we are no longer in the room.

  1. 01

    Hands-on user sessions

Guided practice with your real workflows and day-to-day scenarios, including the awkward cases, so people leave able to do the work rather than having watched someone else do it.

  2. 02

    Responsible AI guidance

How to review output, handle personal data, recognize when a result should not be trusted, escalate uncertainty and keep a named person accountable for the decision.

  3. 03

    Written documentation

Short, practical guides your team keeps — what the system does, what it will not do, who to ask and how to check a result.

Why it is free

Because unused software is a failed project.

The most common reason an AI project produces nothing is not that the model was wrong. It is that the people it was built for never made it part of how they work.

Charging separately for the thing that determines whether a system gets adopted has always struck us as the wrong incentive. So we do not.

It also shortens the feedback loop. Training sessions are where we find out which parts of an interface are confusing, which outputs people do not believe, and which step of the workflow we misunderstood. That is worth more to us than a training day rate.

Responsible AI

Oversight is a habit, not a policy document.

The training is where governance stops being abstract and becomes something a person does on a Tuesday afternoon.

Know the limits

Teams are shown where the system is reliable, where it is not, and the categories of input it was never designed to handle.

Know the escalation path

Who to tell when an output looks wrong, and what happens next. An unclear escalation route is how small errors become incidents.

Know who decides

Every consequential decision keeps a named human owner. The system prepares, recommends and records; a person still decides.

Start a conversation

Ask us what the training would look like for your team.

Tell us who would be using the system and how technical they are, and we will describe the sessions we would run.
